Sathvik Anantakrishnan

PhD Candidate, Biophysics — Tjian–Darzacq Lab, UC Berkeley

I'm currently a PhD candidate in the Tjian–Darzacq Lab at UC Berkeley, where I study the kinetics of transcription factor cooperativity using single-molecule tracking and single-molecule footprinting. Before Berkeley, I did my BS-MS in Biological Sciences at IIT Madras, with a specialization in computational biology, working on statistical mechanical models of protein folding and agent-based models of microbial ecosystems.
